OPEN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS - DOCTORS
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 08:30
The doctors and nurses will attend all emergency patients from 08:30.
Monday - Thursday: 13:50-14:30
The doctors and nurses will attend all emergency patients from 14:00.
The clinic offers open consultation without any pre-visitation. You are welcome all workdays between 08:00-08:30, and monday - thursday mellem 13:50-14:30. Come and scan your yellow health insurance card and take a seat in our waiting room.
There will be some waiting time- all depending on how many patients come. So please have patience.
The consultations will take approximately five minutes.
The time will be used for the acute problem/illness but for a further or deeper consultation a follow up appointment may be nessesary.
OPEN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS - NURSES
The clinic offers open consultations with the nurses every morning without any pre-visitation.
You can come and register:
Monday - Friday: 10:00-10:30
The nurses will start attending the patients from 10:15.
An open emergency appointment with the nurses is good with problems concerning: skin complaints (excema, wounds, rashes, acne), ingrown nails, infected hangnails, fungus infections, warts, splints, varicose vains, upper infections, cough, shortness of breath, colds, sinus infections, ear pains, constipation, allergies, insect stings, tick bites and worm infections.
There can be some waiting time- all depending on how many patient come. So please have patience.
Please wear a mask during your stay if you have flu- or COVID-symptoms or any other upper infection with symptoms as coughing, fever, running nose, throat pain, muscle aches or have lost your taste and smell.
Turists
Turist are welcome in case of emergency or acute illness. Please come according to the above. Please bring you documentation papers or a valid blue EU-health insurance card and report to our reception. Our kind secretaries will help you.
Billing is according the rules for you country + depends on the correct documentation. In case of payment, the clinic takes cash payment.
UTI - Urinary Track Infection
You are most welcome in our reception all work days between 8-12 if you have UTI-symptoms. Our kind secretaries will guide you how to make a urine sample.
You are also welcome to call our callcenter for further guidance on 58350303 between 08:00 - 12:00.
If you make an urine sample at home, please follow these instructions:
- The urine sample most not be more than 20 minutes old
- The urine sample must be made and delivered in a sterile sample glass from the farmacy or the clinic
- Urine samples in other containers will be rejected
- The urine sample must be made with mid beam urine after a proper wash of the area
